TrafficPartner is the umbrella brand for companies, services and products in the traffic monetization space for both desktop and mobile.
Founded in 1998 the company group grew substantially, both organically and via acquisitions. We employ more than 400 people and have offices in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and in the USA.

• Several years of experience in conversion rate optimization
• Experience in leading teams
• Experience in dealing with A / B split test tools, preferably Optimizely
• Creativity and affinity for UX Design
• Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
• “Out of the box” mindset
• Technical leadership of our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team
• Responsibility for the continuous development of our landing pages to improve the conversion rate
• Ensuring the process of targeted A / B split testing of landing page variants and improvements
• Implementation of market and user analyses and proactive obtaining information about CRO trends
• Priority coordination, planning and delegation of new CRO projects
• Active organization of processes and team development
