- Leadership, management and development of a team of five persons
- Customer acquisition at international trade shows and through research via social media channels in the field of "Media Buying/Display", "Affiliate (Networks)", "e-mail“ and other traffic providers
- Conducting negotiations and implementing all sales activities till the closing of the deal and transfer to the account management team
- Independent sales activities as well as guidance and management of the sales team
- Planning and implementing coachings
- Target planning and forecasting as well as monitoring and reporting of mutually defined KPI's
- Continuos market and competitor analysis as well as further development of our marketing strategy
- Travel activities (LAS, NYC, PMI, LON, SFO, LAX, HAM, etc.)
- Close cooperation and coordination with the Head of Media Buying/Display, Head of Affiliate Networks, Head of E-Mail
- Reporting line: to the CSO

- Very good knowledge in the traffic-buying field
- Very good understanding of performance marketing as well as relevant professional and leadership experience for at least 2 years are of great advantage
- Experience in B2B-sales
- Experience in CRM (such as Salesforce or Zoho)
- Fluent in business English
